I was wondering if this was a good option for a custom water cooling loop.

http://www.performance-pcs.com/complete-kits/xspc-raystorm-extreme-universal-cpu-watercooling-kit-w-ax360-radiator-d5-pump-res.html

Is Photon reservoir better or worse (they are both the same price)

I really don't have the time or the patients to go and look for each part individually. Would this be good if I where to overclock my i7 4770k. Will it leak. How good is the pump. What do the experts have to say? Thanks for all and any help. Other suggestions would be much appreciated too. I am very concerned about leaks.

Did you need to make 4 threads on the same topic mate?

If you are not confident with this stuff you are much better off with a big air cooler to overclock your cpu like the Noctua NH-D15 or a closed loop water cooler. Both involve much less work to set up and temps will be around the same.

They fit into those categories sorry. Are you sure you would get the same temps as a water cooled rig. That does not seem right to me. Plus you cant really get good temps overclocking in a closed loop AIO.

Also I would have to get new ram for a large cooler like that...

You can put 1 thread in multiple topics. You wont get the same temperatures but a high end closed loop cooler (an expandible one) will be very similar. You won't get great temps on a 4770k anyway due to the nature of the chip.

I am getting decent temps on my hyper 212 evo. 30C idle and 60C load. But I want to start overclocking.

You can do some overclocking on a 212 evo, but if you want to push it further something like this would work http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0AJ2TN3700&cm_re=Liquid_cooler-_-9SIA0AJ2TN3700-_-Product. There are 360mm versions of aio coolers you can buy, like the swiftech h320.
