I recently went to my %temp% and found a file named "Raz1.tmp"
I clicked on open with notepad++ and saw this:
",C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\H1Z1\h1z1.exe,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FORTIFY\Fortify.exe,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RustStaging\rust.exe,C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\PlayGTAV.exe,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rust\RustClient.exe,C:\GOG Games\Fallout New Vegas\FalloutNV.exe,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\H1Z1\H1Z1.exe,C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\hl2.exe"
These are all my games i have installed and i have no clue what this file might be or if it is safe.

Thanks!

What date is showing against file? is it same date as you installed steam? Were any games installed at same time? Just wondering if its part of some install package steam uses to install games and updates.

I couldn't find anything to back up the idea though. Only reference to file name is your post. Could try running AV scans and malwarebytes but the file looks fairly harmless.
