Razer anasi driver problems?

just purchased a razer anasi and went to go set it up. It lights up and everything but i doesnt seem to work properly. It wont type at all and nothing is working except backlights which i assume is just coming from the power usb. I attempted to download drivers but it didnt seem to make a difference since when i restarted my computer it did nothing. I also tried updating firmware but it just said "No device connected". Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Also when i go into my devices and printers the razer anasi is listed under "Unspecified" and it says it needs troubleshooting but when i try to troubleshoot it cant solve the problem. Any help would be appreciated because ive been trying to figure this out for 4 hours with no luck 🙁

Hi guys i found the problem and fixed it. So youre going to want to go to your device manager and youll have your unidentified devices that need you to "Update drivers". Right click and update the driver. Browse for the driver in c;\Windows\winsxs and that should work for you hopefully 😀
