Hello. A week ago i bought the razer blackwidow 2019 because it was on sale. However after a week of usage it started randomly to disconnect and then connect back on every 10 seconds. The issue happens ONLY if i have synapse 3 installed. If i delete it, it stops happening, but i won't have the razer software if i delete it. It's not a faulty USB because i tried it on my laptop and it still happens. These are the things i tried:
-Reinstalled razer synapse 3(more than 10 times.....)
-deleted the HID keyboard drivers from device manager
-Disabled the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
-Created a new profile in synapse
- it's not the USB cable most likely, because as i said the issue doesn't happen if i delete synapse.
Since i did all of this and it didn't fix the issue, its kind of obvious that the problem is the keyboard itself right? Well i guess yeah, but why does the issue only happen when synapse is active. Doesn't that mean that synapse itself is the problem and if so why doesn't razer fix it. If anyone can help i will be grateful!

You mention in the body of your thread that something is disconnected and reconnected but later on you point a finger to the keyboard. Are you having issues with the keyboard and it's typing or are you hearing devices being disconnected/reconnected when audio is enabled?

I too have had a friend bring in their Razer laptop and I think the only method to source drivers is via the Synapse software.

If you asked me for my opinion, Razer is only about the branding and they usually have hit or miss products. I've given up on Razer since 2013 ever since their products fail just after warranty expires or that they have proprietary apps to source drivers.

I'm having problems with the keyboard yeah, every 10 seconds or so it would disconnect and connect back again immediately. Of course this means that i can't game/type propably, and yes i do hear the sound of it disconeccting. About their products, i do know that razer isn't really good and i've heard lots of bad things about them, i just wanted a mechanical keyboard and even though there are better choices than this, i decided to give razer a try. Well anyways it's not the end of the world, i guess i won't use synapse, it would have been awesome if Razer actually fixed their software.
Also sorry for the misinformation, my english is bad :/
