Razer Blackwidow Chroma RGB LEDs Can't Show Blue

Hi, I have an issue with my Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard. The problem is that the "3" key on the top number row (not the number pad) and the "N" key cannot show the colour blue on their respective LEDs. I have tried reinstalling Razer Synapse 2.0 but the issue remains. Is there any way to fix this? Or is this just a hardware failure? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Have you tired other colors? Is blue the only light it can't produce? If yes then it's probably hardware failure and you should just send it back ASAP if it's still under warranty.
