Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 Backlights Won't Turn Off

Earlier I was having problems with a program called Nox. It was stuck in fullscreen and was unable to get out of fullscreen. Tried Alt F4, Alt+Ctrl+Del, etc. Basically pressed every key on my keyboard and what ever I pressed, the backlight on my keyboard turned on and now I cannot get them to turn off. In razer synapse I've turned the brightness to 0 but they still stay lit. They turn off for a split second before going back to the original brightness. Creating a new profile does the same thing. So what ever it is my keyboard is stuck on the same brightness level and I cannot get them to turn off.

I've had the keyboard for many years and have never ran into this issue. I attempted to re-create the problem by mashing keys on my keyboard (lol) but no luck.

I'm hoping that you guys can provide a solution.

Try uninstalling the keyboard drivers and reinstalling them

Okay not sure what I did. At first uninstalling the drivers didn't work. But after restarting my PC because I reinstalled Synapse, I went back in and the backlight was on 5. I turned it to 0 and it worked!
