Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Chroma Key Not Clicky

I just bought a razer blackwidow chroma keyboard and the "," key is not as clicky as the rest? Is this normal? I swear I'm always having problems with what I buy!

I'd say it's a manufacturing problem.. If you have a warranty, go back and get a new one. Or you can pull off the key and see if there is anything inbetween the key and the button (e.g: crumbs or flies)

I just bought it from best buy on Saturday. My mom is kind of getting upset since everything I get I keep having problems with. :/

You could take the keycap out and see if it's "fixable". This is only a solution if your mother doesn't want to have the hassle of going through the RMA process, and the latter will always be the best.
