Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Keyboard STUCK KEY

i just bought the Black Widow Ultimate off a dude on craigslist today and the 7 on the number pad is depressed all the way and stuck and does not work. How can i fix the key?

if tapping on the key doesnt unstick it you can try pulling off the keycap and trying wiggling the stem gently to see if it unsticks. if it doesnt then you could try replacing the keyswitch with a replacement (which you can buy online) provided that you can remove them (which you should be able to). switches shouldnt be any more than a few dollars.
