Razer Blackwidow usb passthrough

My razer blackwidow's usb passthrough will not work with my corsair usb gaming mouse. It recognizes other usb devices I plug into it, but not my mouse. Any idea? Also, the mouse does work just fine if I plug it into any other usb port on my computer.

Rule of usb: the longer the cable, the slower it runs. It probably is just too slow for the mouse. Nothing to really worry about. just use another port.
