Question Razer blade 15 advanced (Mid 2019) waking from sleep issue

I installed a new WD Blue SN550 NVME SSD in my Razer blade 15 advanced and I began noticing a pretty annoying issue. Every 60-90 seconds, the screen will randomly flicker off and back on again. It only happens after waking from sleep and is temporarily fixed after restarting (until you put it to sleep again). I've tried reinstalling windows, downloading new gpu/chipset/cpu/WD drivers, along with a few other "solutions" and nothing seemed to work. I've been using the hibernate feature as a makeshift substitute but it can be annoying in class waiting for it to start from cold while the teacher is talking. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated as I am currently banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what's wrong with it.

I should also mention that the issue kind of gets better over time. After about 10-15 minutes, it will (for the most part) stop flickering. However before then, it will flicker at least every 60 to 90 seconds.
