Razer Blade Stealth 4K gaming

I want to run the Razer Blade Stealth 8550u with a GTX 1080 ti in the Razer core. I think the RAM and GPU are good enough for med-high settings at 4K, but will the quad-core 1.8 ghz CPU bottleneck them? Am I better off with an 8700k desktop and a separate laptop?

The CPU won't bottleneck them it should work fine but I would later build a desktop because these aren't the most powerful components especially the CPU.
