Question Razer Blade Stealth Humming Sound

My Razer Blade Stealth 2017 has recently started making weird humming sounds which seem like they're coming from around the fan area. When not doing anything CPU intensive the laptop makes the sound, however when I do something intensive, such as running a stress test (Intel Extreme Tuning Utility) the sound just disappears. I put the laptop up to my ear and the second I turn the test on the sound is gone. The moment I stop the test the laptop begins making the sound.
