I literally just bought them. I plugged the two mic jacks in the RIGHT place. My computer still says it's not plugged in.

What do? 🙁

Where did you plug them in ? Have you gone into the sound settings and made sure that the headphones is selected for audio ?
When you go into the control panel and select sound is the microphone checked off in the recording tab ?
