1| Have you verified that your system isn't causing the issue by making sure your BIOS, device drivers as well as your components drivers are up to date?
2| Have a go with uninstalling and reinstalling your mouse's software/utility i.e Razer's Synapse utility and see if the issue is averted. Might also be a good idea to see if there are any firmware updates.
3| Are you running off of Windows 10? If so,
disable automatic device driver updates prior to uninstalling and reinstalling your drivers.
4| It'd be a good idea to inform your seller and/or Razer about your issue in case they decide to swap it out for another mouse though that might not be the case herein. It may also be a good time to accept that the mouse has seen it's fair share of time and use and needs to be retired, IMHO.
