Razer Deathadder 2013 stops working in-game

I have had this problem for a week. I open up a game and then suddenly, my mouse stops working for a few seconds and is alright after. The things we can rule out is that there is no problem with the game because my net graph seems to stay stable and that the light of the mouse are also consistent and do not flicker during the process.
I have deleted and downloaded and installed razer synapse and have kept the software up to date.
I really do not know what to do further. Please help.

Do you hear the USB disconnection sound? It could be some sort of a connection related issue.
Does the mouse stop only during gaming?

Here are some things you can try:
- Try using a different USB port.
- In case you have a spare mouse, you can see if it will work just fine. That way you will narrow down the possible cause.
- Go to your MOBO's website and update the USB drivers.

tried every single USB port, Still happens. Then i swirched over to my normal mouse and it worked like a charm. so the problem is with the deathadder itslef. it has tracking issues
