I'm having issues with the product that I received today as the Razer Deathadder Chroma I have does not seem to display the correct colours for the Razer logo, I would have set both of the lights to display white within Razer synapse and the scroll wheel does this correctly whereas the Razer logo seems to display pink and I can't seem to get the right colours to display on the Razer logo.

1| How have you connected the keyboard to your system? Off an available USB2.0 port or USB3.0 port?
2| Can you please pass on your full systems specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals?
3| Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining drivers(namely chipset and/or USB) are up to date?
4| Have a go with uninstalling Raze's Synapse utility and reinstalling it with an elevated command,
Right click installer>Run as Administrator
and see if the issue is averted. You may need to download the utility from Razer's support site again.
