[SOLVED] Razer Deathadder Elite cant be detected by razer synapse HELP!!!!

before 2 days i bought razer deathadder elte, but when i try to custumize in razer synapse.... Razer Synapse cant detect the mouse. I watched a lot of videos how to fix this, but nothing happen.
and i dont know what to do now

Reinstall the synapse first. if that doesn't work, go in "Device Manager" - you can access this by going to the start windows and type that. Then find "pointing devices". This should show up, then disable the mouse. Unplug the mouse and wait a minute. Then plug in the mouse, and it will start being used in a minute. If that doesn't work, try an older Razer Synapse.
