Razer Deathadder Elite LED Won't Shut Off

I have a razer deathadder elite chroma. Before when shutting down my pc, my razer mouse would also shut it's led down with it. But recently, everything i shutdown my pc the leds would still be on. I have checked my motherboard settings and both the options for keeping power on for usb is disabled. I even have turn of led when display turns off in razer synapse, but it only works when i got afk not when shutting down. I have a asrock z87 pro4 motherboard. sorry for bad english

I also own a RGB Razer Keyboard & Mouse and experience the same problem but not as bad. When I shut down my PC my LEDs do also shut down, but if I press a button the RGB will still just come back on even though my computer is turned off. Only fix is to just switch of from the back of PSU, or unplug each time... Quite annoying but its not a fault on your end it's the products

I use a powered usb hub. I can turn it off when that happens. It’s just providing power to the led. Most USB ports on computers will do that even when it’s powered off I guess you could remove it from device manager and reboot, and let it find the device again and try that
