So a couple of days ago my Razer Deathstalker was damaged and now certain keys don't function was a bad idea on my part to drink and game but never the less lesson learned. Now for some reason Synapse will not recognize my Deathadder even though it’s functioning as it should. I have even seen a popup saying "Deathadder Chroma detected” which is kind of odd but yet Synapse still couldn't detect it.

I have reinstalled Synapse a couple of times even did one install were I wiped all USB drivers. I have tried different USB ports 2.0 and 3.0. I even tried legacy drivers which also can't detect my Deathadder. This literally all worked 2 days ago perfectly fine. This is also the only issue I have run into with a Razer product and from reading other peoples similar problems the general consensus is it probably won't be fixable Razer support is terrible, bin it and get something better. This is kind of devastating to hear especially since Razer products are quite expensive. It’s really devastating when hardware is packaged with horrible software which doesn’t even come close to the quality of the hardware.

I have put in a support ticket to Razer so god only knows what information I’ll get back. But was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions or whether someone else has this problem and possibly managed to fix it.

Solution
Synapse drivers need a rewrite, they so good at ignoring the hardware or making keys on keyboards not work. I had a Blackwidow until about a month ago when its W key stopped working. Logitech used to be same, really good hardware and not so good software, they seem better now. Maybe Razer will improve or release newer drivers

Solution
I Have Solution To the problem which has worked with all my 3 razer devices,
Firstly Delete Razer Synapse and Reinstall it,
Next Once it has installed, restart your PC and unplug your razer device(s).
Once your pc is booted back up,plug in your razer device(s) and go into razer synapse and it should've worked

If it hasn't I have no clue of what to do
