Question Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro Freezing

Hello,
I just bought the Razer: DeathAdder v.2 Pro. This was replacing my Mamba from a few years ago (the 16000DPI.) anyone the reason for the purchase was my old razer would randomly freeze after clicking or when reading a pack and trying to move the pointer it would take a minute to turn back on it seemed. Does anyone know what would cause this? I am using a USB 3.1 port that's no more than 5 feet from the mouse..

Update: I found a few videos online and tried a couple things and while it's better it's not 100% fixed. I turned all the power save modes off from my PC USB Hubs and adjusted the points to 500 under the Razer software.
