Hello Everyone,

A friend recetly bought a new PC and a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate along. I was called to setup windows and drivers etc. Once the installation finished, I installed razer synapse 2.0 as the manual of the keyboard said. Once installed, I plugged in the keyboard and everything was working great. All keys were working, the LCD was displaying, the keys above the panel had numbers or applications, everything was good. The Synapse 2.0 didnt identify the keyboard as it was downloading an update by the time I plugged in the KB.
By the time the update finished and the computer restarted, everything went wrong. The Synapse 2.0 software identified the keyboard so i could configure all the keys but the panel keys were all empty and unresponsive and the LCD screen was showing the Razer logo.
After that, it just remained like that. The lcd screen has power but its blank with a razer logo, the touchpad is working but the keys are powered but blank. I can configure them inside synapse 2.0 but they wont show or do anything.
I tried numerous solutions on the internet, such installing adobe flash, or reinstalling synapse 2.0 ( i think i have reinstalled over 10 times), but nothing works.

Any help around?

Thanks in advance,
faithy!

UPDATE: Tried the voltage regulation on the usb ports, didnt work. Sent an email to razer before 2 days, but still nothing. /despair

Hi,
I bought a Death Stalker Ultimate on 25 Feb 2014, when i plug it in my Razer Blade 14 every thing was fine, the track pad was working but there is no icons in the ten tiles on the switchblade, then a balloon popped up and I downloaded the driver, after downloading the driver, and restarting, the track pad don't work anymore, then I thought of customize the tiles, yeah so customizing works, but when the icons shows up, I tapped on the youtube app and all I get is a Server is Busy on my desktop or whatever, Below there's a Switch to... and Retry button, yeah basically just after that the apps disappear and customizing it do have any effect on the wallpaper and ten dynamic tiles, i was very disappointed with not being able to use the switchblade and it is a very expensive for a keyboard if I am not gonna use the function.
I contacted the support, I explained my situation and even more detail in the second time and the same email came, it is like they are not aware all your detail and just loading you with a default solving method.
I tried plug in and out, restarting, reinstalling synapse, installing all drivers in the link that razer contact gave me and resetting IE 11 setting it to default browser. I had backup all my games and restored my blade for five times in row in two days and repeating the procedure of installing all drivers and synapse. so far it seems that Razer contact doesn't help, may be anyone have the experience where by before the update the trackpad works but after the update, the track pad just died, and changing wallpaper on the screen and apps became impossible. I believe is a software issue. I having a similar issue.

Any of you guys end up resolving this? I'm having the same issue. They worked during my last windows install. Not sure what changed but this time my trackpad works. It all gets power/lights up etc.. But no matter what I do the programmable keys are blank. Ayeyeye

I am having the exact same problem. If Synapse is off, things kinda work, if it is on, switchable UI and screen don't. Really interested if anyone has a solution.

ftr if you dont have the rzfps.exe running the aforementioned wont work. I know i disabled them on startup but you have to reenable them or create a batch file and start them before you run switchblade or your numbers will be wonky (wont be able to use the SS app either)

have fun

Same problem, and rzfps.exe is running. The keyboard works just fine when hooked up to a different pc, but with this new build it's not giving me anything except lighting color options for the keys. At least the lcd keys and screen are emitting light, I guess...

So my problem got resolved, although I didn't do anything different... I uninstalled Razer Synapse, and Razer Core from my system, then restarted it, then reinstalled Razer Synapse from this link: http://www.razerzone.com/synapse/ ... I then restarted yet again, ran the program as administrator and my keyboard lit up with the changes I had made in synapse earlier, but hadn't shown up.

I think it's weird that I tried the exact same thing earlier over five times. I wish you all luck with getting yours to work.
