Razer Deathstalker Ultimate Switchblade UI Problems

I have recently purchased a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate, which includes the Switchblade UI. MY problem is that the track pad on the UI is frozen. I can use it as a trackpad, but it will not display anything that it is usually supposed to do. Also, the buttons above it do not work and will not perform any actions. When I press the Razer logo key to go back to the home screen, nothing happens. I have tried restarting my computer and also unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in. Thanks for the help!

Hey! I had the exact same problem, all I had to do is uninstall the Razer Synapse 2.0 and Reinstall it again from the original Setup I got from the website. Restart your computer and you should be good! Hope it helps!
