After talking to Razer support and trying everything possible I still don't understand what the problem is. So I have a Razer diamondback chroma mouse and a Razer Ornata chroma keyboard. I notice when i move my mouse cord it will shut off my mouse and keyboard at the exact same time and cause a power surge on the USB port. I do not under is this a mouse problem a psu problem?
For example if i lift my mouse off my desk it will shut off if i leave the mouse on the desk it will stay on.
