Pretty much nothing unless you've got a 1K HZ refresh monitor. Or, you know, "my mouse is faster than your mouse" bragging rights, if that is relevant to you. Other than that I think it is overall a net detriment to system performance. Devices should not be polled. Devices should be interrupt driven. Mice are a design failure still waiting for a proper solution.

i am on 75 and playing most things on 75 fps ...honestly i can not tell it apart from 60 hz ... that said i might be able too if i just to 120 or 144...
