Question Razer keyboard and chroma

I bought an older Deathstalker Chroma keyboard today, but I can't get the chroma software (synapse) to see it, it only finds my other peripherals like the headset and mouse. Any way to fix this or am I stuck with the keyboard's rainbow wave default setting?

Uninstall the program from the control panel and reinstall it and tell me if it work or not if so then please mark it as best answer

Ok quick questions, where did you buy the keyboard and for how much? Its relevant to see if its broken or fake. But also perform a Synapse update. Click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the Synapse window to access the Settings and click “check for updates” . If the issue persists, try reinstalling synapse

I just installed it this afternoon but I've already tried it, did nothing.

I'm sure it's not fake. Software is up to date as again I just installed it this afternoon. Bought it at a local store for $34 au.

It may be razer synapse 2.0 or 1.0, not all legacy devices are available on all versions.

Worth a shot, they're available on the site. They list what devices are compatible, just look for yours.
