Razer keyboard problem?

SORRY FOR RE POST! DIDN'T SEE THIS CATEGORY!
I just got a Razer Deathstalker Essential of Newegg and here is exactly what I did:

1. Computer off, unplugged my old generic keyboard form motherboard USB 3.0 and plugged in Razer Keyboard in same USB.

2. Turned on PC

3. got to login screen. Password wouldn't type so i plugged the razer keyboard into a USB 2 in the motherboard.

4. Still didn't work, plugged in old keyboard. Worked fine.

5. Plugged back in Razer keyboard, and updated Razer synapse (have a deathadder already)

6. Went into browser to test

7. Space bar does weird stuff.


so basically, im using my old keyboard to type this.

Whenever im on the deathadder, the space bar does some odd stuff like open browsers and other windows and types odd stuff: Ive uninstalled the keyboard from computer and reinstalled. Uninstalled razer synapse.

Also, if I start off with the Razer plugged in, and plug in the other one, the other one has problems until I shutdown and turn on again.

You might have to RMA it.

Sounds like it's not any issue you can fix but indeed your keyboard is just faulty
