Razer keyboard still on even after pc shut down

How do i turn off my keyboard lights? while my pc is off, ad if i press enter after my pc is off my razer keyboard lights will stay on and will never shut off until i pull out the usb and reinsert, or shut down psu.

I believe that is controlled by the Wake on Keyboard feature in the BIOS. Disable it, and there will be no more power sent to the keyboard when the system is off.

I couldnt find anything like that in the BIOS , could there be another way?

Hardware tab
Properties dialog box
Change Settings dialog
Power Management tab
Uncheck 'allow this device to wake the computer'
Click OK.
