Hey good people,
Just bought an headset Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma today and I plugged in and having some problems.
When i plugged in for first time it was just fine with skype I had sound and mic was working fine.
Then, after 1 hour I stopped to get sound from Skype for desktop, but I get sound from Windows 8.1 skype metro.
One more thing could be on youtube the volum is so so low. I don't understand why.
When I uninstalled Razer Synapse 2.0, skype for desktop started to work on my headset.
Strange thing is I have an Razer Naga 2014 also from 1 month and I had installed Razer Synpase on my computer and never had an problem with Skype for desktop.
One more thing coulde after some computer restarts, just before logging page of windows monitor shut downs for 3 seconds, the light on mouse, keyboard and headset also, saying HDMI no signal, then it starts again. It looks like a power down or something like that.
My RIG is with no overclock:

Keyboard: CORSAIR VENGEANCE K70 PERFORMANCE GAMING
Mouse: RAZER NAGA 2014
Headset: Razer Kraken 7.1 Chorma
Windows: WINDOWS 8.1 PROFESSIONAL OEM
If you could help me, cause I am thinking of return the headset and buy other ones.
