Razer Kraken Chroma Audio on ONE ear.

So, I've got a problem with my Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset, wondering if you guys can help me with the issue.

Whenever I shut down my computer, and turn it back on, the audio only comes out of one speaker, (the right speaker, the left speaker doesn't work) BUT if I switch USB's both work, but every time I shut the computer down, it does it again, and I have to switch USB's to make both ear cups work. It's as if every time I shut down the computer, the USB I have my headset plugged into, just dies. So...wtf? With another headset, this problem doesn't happen.

Do I need to buy a new headset? >_> (This ones only about a month old.)

If I need a new headset, what headsets do you recommend? I play CS:GO and WoW mainly.

Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of you OS and the rest of you connected peripherals? Have you made sure your BIOS and remaining device drivers(namely chipset and/or USB) are up to date? If you're on Windows 10 you should disable automatic device driver update feature and then reinstall Razer's Synapse app after downloading it from here.

There may be a driver or device conflict on your system, best get back to us with your specs and try the aforementioned.

Install drivers again and look at stuff on synapse, I think there is a setting somewhere to balance the sound between both speakers. Maybe yours got set to all 1 ear.
