Razer Kraken Pro

I'm thinking of getting a headset. I am wondering of The Razer Kraken Pro. I plan to use the mic for recording my voice for youtube is it good? Or should I get a Razer Kraken 7.1? or maybe a different headset?

Hi there BlazingHaze74, Im the proud owner of a Razer Kraken Pro and i can honestly say that if YouTube is the only thing you plan on using it with then its an excellent choice of headset. The microphone is perfectly clear with 0 background noise taken in. But, if you also plan on using it for regular gaming like i do i might suggest using the Free Razer 7.1 Virtual surround available from here > http://www.razerzone.com/gb-en/surround It will virtually upgrade your headset to full 7.1 and i must say after using it myself i'm pretty glad i didn't fork out a lot more £ for true 7.1.
