Question Razer kraken tournament edition mic is too quiet.

So, I've been having this issue for a few hours and I thought you guys might help.
First of all, I tried changing the mic sensitivity and the audio input volume everywhere I could but it didn't help at all. Then I tried repairing/reinstalling razer synapse but the problem wasn't this either. So I was thinking that I might have forgot something that could solve the problem but I hope you guys can help.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include all audio related cables and connections.

Run the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Likewise click the small speaker icon normally located in the lower right screen corner.

An audio related menu should appear - take a close look at all of the available menu choices, windows, tabs, and properties.

Good chance that you will find some configuration setting is not as it should be.
