I've been on a mission to get this mouse to stop drifting, what it does is slowly jitters the cursor to the bottom right of the screen, making it difficult to click anything accurately or play games that require precision with the mouse.

Heres what I've done to attempt a fix;

Successfully installed synapse 2.0, all drivers and firmware up to date.

Made sure all updates on PC done, ie service pack 1, mouse drivers, even system restored to a date I remember the mouse being ok.

Was in the process of formatting when I saw it was still drifting in the windows installation menu (means its not a driver or windows fault)

I tried a razor impirator which was lying around, it also did the same thing in my pc, it had a higher sensitivity setting by default and the cursor moved away faster than the mamba.

I tried the mamba on my girlfriends laptop, it seemed fine, the imperator also seemed okay. Tried both razer mice in another friends laptop, they work fine. I tried a standard old low dpi microsoft mouse in my pc and it doesnt drift, seems to work fine.

I tried USB ports from every USB controller on my motherboard, to no success.

Id then assumed perhaps my motherboard USB controllers were all playing up perhaps, or there was a motherboard issue so today I bought a brand new i5 4670k and asrock motherboard. (it was time to replace my core2duo e8400 anyhow)

Loaded fresh install of windows, all motherboard drivers and graphics drivers installed. Installed synapse, made sure all mouse drivers were installed, then within an hour of using the pc it also started drifting again, as well as the imperator, but not the microsoft mouse.

I'm completely baffled and I don't know what to try next.

Solution
try this, go to mouse in control panel, set a lower pointer speed and disabled the enhanced pointer precision setting, and then disable the device, then reboot, then enable the device again, i can't really give any other help

it could be a faulty mouse too, i experienced something similar with a Razer and i had to buy a new mouse i couldn't fix it and it was driving me nuts while playing fps games it suddenly moved on its own while aiming

I forgot to mention That I did disable enhanced pointer precision, but didn't disable the mouse from device manager after doing so then restarting. I've just given it a go and it seems alright for the moment, ill try it out for a while and let you know how it goes.

I also read up that they're very sensitive to vibration, I moved my pc and external hard drives off the desk to see how that would affect it, however it still didnt help at the time.

I tried that and it worked temporarily. When I would restart my computer once more i would have the same problem, but i think i found the solution, as obvious as it may seem: If your naga is in wired mode, make sure it is switched to 'off'. So far no problems on my end. Hope this helps some of you out.
