Razer Mouse Driver Problem

My Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse just stopped working for some reason. It's suppose to use Razor Synapse for it's driver but windows cannot seem to find a driver for it. Weird thing is I can plug it into a random computer and after like 10 seconds it works. I tried reinstalling razer synapse and restarting my laptop, nothing has worked.

This is what I have already tried: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/4hyqog/synapse_not_detecting_anything/

When I plug in my mouse this is what I see in Device Manager: https://imgur.com/a/jMcCW

So I need to get a driver but razer doesn't offer any drivers to download. Razer synapse is suppose to do everything for it, but it's not working.

I'm running windows 10

Edit: I tried a different dell optical mouse and it also did not work. When i plugged it in i got a notification in the action center saying windows is making device available for use. Then that it was ready to use, but i wouldn't actually work.

Edit: So I contacted Microsoft through live chat, and they actually solved the problem for me :))))
It was a corrupted update (KB4074588). They had me uninstall and reinstall that fixed it.

Clean boot did not have any effect.

Also, when i plugged my Ipod into my usb port and opened ITunes it had trouble recognizing it.

So I clicked yes and it worked fine. Also this has never happened before with my itunes.

I don't think the problem is with synapse, must be with usb devices in general, plug and play maybe.
