Hello, as you can see in the title that my mouse has a dark spots which cant be removed. the spot is more darker than the original color, it even reflects a bit. This also happened to my grey mouse that had big black spots in the left and right click i thought it was the paint getting screwed but the razer mouse which is black also has one and i just realized that it also has the 2 big darker spots in left and right? is it my fingers? whats happening?

Solution
If the spots are frictional (rubbing) probably no.

If the spots are some surface stain maybe.

If the spots are some discoloration due to a chemical reaction via food or beverage - unlikely.

Best to check the cleaning instructions (if any) for the mouse.

Any attempts to clean or remove with some solution are likely to end badly.

If the mouse is working well - best to leave well enough alone.

Could be the result of "wear and tear" - continual rubbing causing the materials to discolor or degrade in some manner.

Do you eat and drink while playing? That may be a factor.

What about the source of the mouse - are you sure it is real and not some cloned rip-off counterfeit made of sub-standard materials.

Or even if real could be that the manufacturer has switched to another plastic that is cheaper and therefore more likely to discolor over time.

Over all, I would suspect just the simplest - wear and tear rubbing down the finished surface. Maybe along with some minute absorption of body oils or other chemicals on your hands.
