I have researched for over 2 days trying to figure out how to fix this problem by searching it online or on youtube. My razer mouse just keep freezing out of nowhere when im in a game or on the internet. I tried reinstalling the razer mouse and that didn't work. People say the way to fix the problem is to buy a usb extender cable, but i don't know if that works. I also updated the mouse drivers and of course that didn't fix the problem. Im just trying to figure out if theres any other way. I also used a diffrent mouse that's logetich and it does the samething. I NEED HELP PLZ! (JUST TRYING TO PLAY FORTNITE HERE)

Try going to the Device Manager and select Mice and other pointing devices and update the driver for the mouse. If possible, download the driver from the manufacturer website.

You can also uninstall the device and any supporting applications . And then reinstall as if it were a new mouse (under Devices and Printers in the Windows Control Panel).

Since the problem with the mouse reappears on a completely different system, that isolates the problem to within the mouse itself. The troubleshooting steps for a mouse are limited to power and driver related issues. Freezing isn't power related. It is driver related, but you reinstalled the only driver. And that leaves only replacing the mouse. Does that explain it better?

master that is not all that true, mine used to do it in windows 7 but stopped eventually, but now with the recent install of windows ten, and after updates its been doing it again, I doubt he has to replace his or her mouse, ……..

Windows 10 does update device drivers. Try updating any mouse related drivers with drivers from the mouse manufacturer. This isn't going to fix every mouse. Many mice are just plug and play devices, so there aren't specific drivers to update.
