Razer Mouse not working

Hi, whenever I plug my Razer mouse in, it always 'powers off to protect mobo' its overloading the USB ports or something, is there anything I can do to fix it? Other mice work fine.

You can replace the mouse. You can try it with another computer to make sure it's the mouse, although you can fry a motherboard if there is a USB power surge or short.

Replace as in, Razer will replace it for free?
Tried 3 different PCs, definitely the mouse.
