Razer Naga Chroma cursor won't move.

So I have a Razer Naga Chroma and it's been working great. However I restarted my computer just for the hell of it and now the cursor won't move but all the buttons work. I've tried just about everything I can think of from uninstalling drivers to re-installing razer synapse. All my other mice including my razer naga 2014 work just fine. And now after a few restarts razer synapse and windows don't even seem to recognize it. I also plugged it into my laptop and I have the exact same issue there so it makes it seem like its the mouse but I don't see how it can seeing as how I was using it restarted and it just stopped working for no apparent reason.
