Hello,

I recently got a Razer Naga 2014 and was fine with it until about a month ago.

The mouse doesn't respond well when I move it around, it is just slow or innacurate. Also, whenever I lift it to reposition it, the mouse goes downwards when I'm not even touching it.

I would like some suggestions on what to do with it because I really don't want to have to buy a new mouse.

I have Razer Synapse installed on a system with Windows 7 64-bit, a GTX 660TI and an AMD Athlon 4-Core CPU if it helps.

Thanks for reading, any help is appreciated.

Tried wiping the sensor a few times with a cloth, but really haven't taken it apart and done it that way as I didn't think it would help / fix it. I'm not sure though. Would it?
Also, one major point I forgot to include is that the mouse makes a distinct rattling noise when it is moved.
