Razer Naga Hex V2

Hello. I purchased the Razer Naga Hex V2 a while ago. The side buttons will sometimes work if I keep switching the USB port it in. After a while I have to switch it up again. The never worked right from the start. Thanks for any help you can give!

Are you on Razer's Synapse software suite? If so is it the latest version? If so might want to see if uninstalling and reinstalling it does any change. Speaking of change, can you please pass on your full system;s specs inclusive of your OS and peripherals? I'm assuming you've also got your USB/chipset drivers up to date while the mouse in question is plugged into an available USB2.0 port?
