Razer Naga Mouse light flashing/ disconnecting and reconnecting itself. HELP

Hi, I've had my Razer Naga mouse for a few months, and it stopped working yesterday, the mouse's light is flashing constantly, and my PC is making a BEEPING noise as if the device were disconnecting and reconnecting it self, I've tried device manager, but my razer naga mouse does not appear, please help.

Your mice is killing itself. Common phenomenon with RAZER, their peripherals are junk over the $40 or $60 mark, anything more expensive breaks :l
