Razer Naga weird problem

Hello, I have this weird problem with the Naga right now on Windows 10. If I plug it in on the first try it will make my left and right click do what the middle(wheel) click usually does which means close all tabs if I click on them in Google Chrome. Now when I Win+L and re-sign in my profile it works as it is supposed to with the only exception that my middle click doesn't work anymore. I've tried it on another computer and it does the same. Also If I plug another mouse while the Naga is plugged in, the other mouse won't left click either. Now is this supposed to be a software (driver) problem or simply a hardware problem because I find it very weird that it would not work at all when plugged in at first yet when I lock out of my current Windows profile and re-sign in it works with the exception of the middle click.

Edit: Even though it works for some times, it always goes back to being "left click and right click = middle click", takes about 30 min to revert and I need to lock out again for it to go back to "normal".

Hmm. Have you tried anything in Synapse, like rebinding your keys to the correct functions.Try reinstalling Synapse as well.
If it is happening on other systems, then it sounds like a defective device. I know it is a huge pain to have to do this, but send it back to Razer, hopefully you are under warranty. I have a feeling it is a software problem though. This isa tricky one.
