Question Razer Naga x wont boot windows on first startup

Hello everyone
So ive got brand new razer naga X mouse and whenever I wanna first time start windows it wont boot..it boot after restart and every second boot wont boot.

Ive tried putting usb utilization to full..tried power managment of usbs to unchecked and checked to power off .

I have same problem like this guy in the video

anyone know how to fix it
I even have same mobo and cpu as him

Only if its unplugged it works normally,windows boot every time

you tryin to boot from your mouse? it has storage. so its possible that your bios tryin to usb boot from it

Should I do remove usb utilization or idk
if its disconnected I log into windows normally but with razer connected i get black screen on first boot always
