Razer Nostromo Diagonal Movement

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, it seemed like a good spot for it.

I've had a Belkin n52te for a couple years now. I bought and started using it with WoW on my XP system. It was fantastic.

I stopped playing WoW and upgraded to Windows 7. I tried SWToR and now Guild Wars 2, and I'm seeing the same behavior both places. For some reason, the diagonals on the D-pad of my n52te just don't want to work. Belkin hasn't released a driver or firmware update in years, probably because (I think) Razer bought it. I've seen a lot of other folks online with the same issue.

I'm considering buying the Razer Nostromo. It's basically exactly the same. My only concern is whether or not they've fixed the issue that I'm having. If they haven't, then I may as well go with a Logitech game pad.

I was just wondering if any of you out there was using a Razer Nostromo with Windows 7 (or 8) and whether you see any issues using the diagonals.

Can't answer your question about the diagonals, but be warned that the original Belkin products had significantly higher build quality than the new Razer version.

So far, so good. The diagonals worked in a couple of my older games.

Good note about the quality, I didn't know that. Thanks for the heads up. =)

have you tried the razer driver... if its the same produce then they may work.
