[SOLVED] Razer Peripherals passed through my monitor or usb port hub frequently disconnecting

Whenever I plug my Razer peripherals into my monitor's USB ports or into a usb dock/port hub thing, they seem to relatively frequently disconnect. It's incredibly frustrating, and disruptive to gaming sessions. I constantly have an xbox controller plugged into my monitor or the dock and it doesn't seem to disconnect, and nothing disconnects when plugged straight into the laptop so I'm assuming it has something to do with Razer software?

It is indeed possible for me to just use my laptop's plugs, however I take my laptop to uni and it's a lot easier to only have to unplug/plug in one USB for all of my peripherals.

Any suggestions or known fixes?

Get a powered USB hub and try that.
