I personally think this idea is awesome and needs to be implemented. It will probably be too expensive for average people like me at first but eventually this could be the accepted norm for a pc. What do you guys think about this modular design. Pro's Cons?

I think if you want your PC to look like every other PC, its a great idea. But if you want to get the best bang for your buck and be able to put a sense of your own style into your PC, building your own will ALWAYS be better. Youll pay a large premium for those plug and play pieces.

That sounds reasonable. I think with an increase in demand the market might open up more customization and lower prices but it seems we will have to wait to find out.

I dont see how they couldnt be more expensive. Most of the hardware would have to be designed around the form factor. But we will have to wait and see indeed, as a system builder, it effects me.
