Razer Synapse 2.0 and Keyboard / Mouse.

Hey,

So I did a full reinstall of windows 10 and got everything working except for my keyboard and mouse with razer synapse. So the problem is that I Can't have razer synapse detect my keyboard and my mouse. Even my razer firefly mouse mat doesn't detect. It all works, but razer synapse isn't detecting them for some reason and so is my computer. My USBs are installed so idk whats going on. Plus All it says is that its HID Keyboard Device and HID-compliant mouse. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Tried repairing install? Go to control panel/add remove programs
select the synapse software and select repair from the menu above

might not help. can try uninstalling and reinstalling it

Synapse isn't very reliable, did it try to install while you were still getting win 10? it did that when I had a blackwidow a few months ago. a reinstall of synapse was necessary once when it did that

Well what I had to do is reinstall everything from scratch because windows was putting the blackwidow and mouse into Human I instead of Keyboard and mouse, but its fixed now but thanks for the response.
