Razer Synapse 2.0 Problems

I have installed razer synapse successfully about 3 weeks ago when I got my razer naga 2014. just recently, I tried opening the program to check if my settings were saved, but it won't open. When I go to the task manager, and find the .exe file there, nothing happens. It seems as if all the settings are back to the default. I am connected to wifi and definitely not on offline mode for that reason.

Help with this please?

I'm experiencing the same after updating the software today.

I figured it out, just uninstall the software, go to control panel, go to programs, and uninstall all the razer stuff.
