Question Razer Synapse 3 recognizes my devices, but I can't customize them

When I open Razer Synapse, it shows my devices on the dashboard, but I cannot interact with them. They are grayed out, and it just shows an infinite loading animation. I can't change the lighting on any of the devices. I've tried reinstalling Synapse, restarting my PC, changing around the ports, but nothing has worked so far. Anyone know how to solve this?

The Razer devices I have are the Huntsman V2, the Basilisk Ultimate, the Base Station V2 Chroma, and the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I would try and uninstall the app, then manually reinstall with the latest version sourced off of Razer, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
