Razer Synapse broke my blackwidow ultimate twice now

So earlier this year razer synapse FORCED a firmware update on my blackwidow when I restarted my computer one night and people uninstall synapse and fresh install or remove the razer folders and delete everything or use the firmware updater but no matter what I do i cannot fix it and it happened to do it again and razer support is useless and so is the programs they make us use to run their products it constantly updates and never works it fixes nothing and breaks everything does anyone know how I could fix this issue

Stop buying razer products.

Sounds like a bricked mouse, but it's also kind of razers fault it happened, demand they replace it.

The mouse works fine however the keyboard wont work with razers shit software

When a firmware update fails, the hardware gets "bricked" because it becomes as useful as one.
