Razer synapse,enter key stuck

im having this problem where if i attempt to use a macro on the windows 7 lock or login screen the enter key would appear to be stuck after desktop loads.

im rather sure its razer synpase as the problem was removed when uninstalled and a quick google search revealed that others have had this problem as well.

im wondering if theres a way to fix this as it would mean negelecting the macro keys otherwise.

using the regular edition of the original blackwidow.

I hate the stories the problems I hear that happen with synapse 2.0, makes me mad how they let people use it when it's so buggy ( when you pay so much for their products to!)

Can you start it in safe mode with no trouble?

I'd suggest trying to use Revo since it should remove all parts of synapse

Since you have an original blackwidow, maybe you could try downloading the old configurator after synapse is removed.

Is this the old software you used to have? I redownloaded the old one for my naga and it's back to working order again.

iv already uninstalled,was just looking for a way to fix the problem with synapse 2.0 or to set macros without it. does the old configurator have a direct download link somewhere?

You mean like a direct download from razer's site? no. They just scrapped it when they brought out synapse 2.0. That is the only site I could find with the old configurator. It's similar to cnet, you download stuff and it tries to get u to install a bunch of crap that... you just decline it all.

I'm sure you could find some third party software for your keyboard to set macros, I've just never needed to look tbh.

Really sorry about that , maybe they were doing mirror links when I did mine and razer since removed it. ( I downloaded a year ago or so)
